preheat the oven to 350 degrees celsius.
pour the rolled oats, pecans, almonds, sea salt, and pumpkin spice into a bowl. mix together.
heat the butter in a saucepan, and once melted add the
brown sugar, vanilla and maple syrup.
once mixed together, pour over the dry ingredients and fully mix.
grease a baking pan or line with paper and pour granola mixture onto it. (I used two pans because it made a lot of
bake for 18-20 minutes (keep checking near the end to make sure you dont burn it!)
Of course, this granola must be enjoyed with greek yogurt, raspberries and a little honey.
